Is Banana Republic stealing designers from Donna Karan? Fashiontary doesn't know if this is true but the styles being offered look so similar to Donna Karan's DKNY lines from previous seasons. Banana Republic's lack of uniqueness has caused the them to gain "inspiration" from others such as DVF (although who isn't inspired by DVF?) We are wondering if anyone else has noticed this? If so, why DKNY - they are certainly not the "it" designer anymore.

Whether it's true or not, the style is still amazing and most of all wearable. They may be having issues amongst them but they never fail to deliver to the "fashionably fashioned public".
