Most Beautiful Oscars!

What a fun night of glamour and fashion! Here are the Fashiontary winners and losers:

Overall Most Beautiful:
1) Marion Cotillard in a Jean Paul Gaultier mermaid-inspired gown
2) Keri Russell simply elegant and beautiful in an organza bustier evening dress by Nina Ricci
3) Miley Ray Cyrus in red Valentino chiffon gown

Also Looked Beautiful:
1) Katherine Heigl in a red silk georgette Escada column. Too much spray tan!
2) Sarah Larson in a blue strapless beaded tiered gown with embroidered pink flowers by Valentino Couture.
3) Nicole Kidman in a Balenciaga dress
4) Cate Blanchett in Dries Van Noten gown
5) Amy Adams in Proenza Schuler. We loved her bag with nothing in it!
6) Keisha Whitaker
6) Cameran Diaz in a Dior by John Galliano. Fashiontary is not a pink fan but it looked nice on her though she needed a dress press and a necklace!
8) Amy Ryan looked lovely in Calvin Klein but needed more jewels. Nominated for Best Supporting Actress in Gone Baby Gone. She is currently in our favorite show, The Wire. Stay tuned for much more of her...
9) Heidi Klum in a red silk taffeta bustier gown by John Galliano. We didn't like her mismatched purse and earrings. Her bun and dress collar were a little too dramatic for our taste but she was able to look very elegant.

Fashion Misses - Close but No Cigar:
1) Anne Hathaway in a red Marchesa [the dress was wearing her]
2) Jennifer Gardner in Oscar de la Renta. Lips needed a color
3) Jessica Alba in a plum strapless Marchesa gown [we don’t like feathers]
4) Penélope Cruz in Chanel Couture
5) Ellen Page in Jean Louis Scherrer from Decades [to plain]

What Were They Thinking:
1) Tilda Swinton in a black washed silk draped evening gown by Alber Elbaz for Lanvin
2) Renée Zellweger in a Carolina Herrera silver hand-embroidered lace gown; she looked frozen to me which could be due to a botox overdose
3) Hillary Swank in a black Versace gown – made her look to mature
4) Kelly Preston in a mustard colored Roberto Cavalli gown
5) Calista Flockhart in vintage Valentino gown. The dress was wearing her and she looked too skinny!

Trends of note were the color red and wavy hair in a bun or ponytail.
