Packing It Carefully

Since the weather has been cold and frightful, I figured some of you may be planning a vacation or going away for the long weekend. I read an article recently in the Wall Street Journal about a simple travel accessory called the packing cube that may make your travel experience more organized, especially if your luggage is selected to be reviewed. I have highlighted below the winner in the best overall cube performer and in the best price/functionality category:
*Go with eBags for best overall packing cube. Its three-piece set ($24.95) has generously sized cubes that had all the right features. Best of all, the set came with a set of tips on what to put inside each one and how to make use of them beyond the suitcase.
*Go with Rick Steves three-piece set ($17.95) for the winner in the best price and functionality category.
